your wife shows her what to do, how to play? We took ours out of the box and put all the play things together in a bag and my daughter showed her how to nurse, cuddle, change clothes etc, how to play with it. Our sponsor child too didn't know what to do with it. Could this be the case with your sponsor child? Yes have to admit it does put a smile on ones face. They do look lovely in the box!
