Hi there, we have stayed at the Melka and enjoyed it. There is a dolfin show and yes you can swim with them, but you need to be a fairly good swimmer as they get excited, I think they are a bit horny myself, lol. However you can get in the water and stay near the edge and just let them come to you, and they certainly will if you are female, maybe if a male too but I didn't see that.
There is a little zoo area where there are birds, monkeys, a lovely orangatan who loves company and was very gentle when I held his hand, also some small bears.
There is a normal pool for guests to swim in and the restaurant is quite good.
We enjoyed our stay.
