you should go with your thoughts. One trip we took our sponsor child a baby born, clothes, bottle and a carry bag for her to keep it all together. Her mum has told me she doesn't put it down, she loves it. My daughter was with us that trip she showed her how to play/care for it as she had never had one. Next trip we will be taking her a minnie and mickey mouse that we got for her while at Disneyland, we also got a set for our friends daughter,1 is 7 and the other is 8 or 9 years old. I am not sure if they will understand who minnie and mickey mouse are but our friend has said he does, so i am guessing he is explaining it to his daughter. We got them both a cap and a t shirt with them on. The other day while in the shop i saw a colouring book with them on, I couldn't resist getting them one each, so i will get them some new colouring pencils and a sharpener. I always pack her some Australian lollies for her to try (I always pack a new toothbrush and toothpaste) Last trip they came to visit us at our hotel, I had no idea what to do... So I asked the hotel manager and he said let her choose, so i got one of the workers from the hotel to explain a few ideas and she chose the beach, and the games centre in Centro, it was a day she will never forget.
