I am sorry to hear that someone has committed fraud & taken many victims for a ride.
It is going to hurt those who are doing the right thing.
My wife & I sell accommodation vouchers on eBay for the Bali Shangrila Beach Club in Candidasa.
We are a registered business in the State of Victoria & under Victorian law, we are not required to have a Travel Agents licence to sell accommodation only. We require a licence if we start dealing with the travel aspect.
I hope I cleared up this misunderstanding a little.
