Congrats on your news..We are taking our bub over this October and he/she (unborn as yet) will be 5xmonths old. We took our daughter last year when she had just turned two and we had a great time..just like everyone else has said just be prepared and take all necessary items...the simpler you make if for yourself the better.
Jetstar charge nothing for children under two and Garuada charge 10% of adult fare.
Definately consider taking bub once born for a holiday, Bali is still great fun just a little more oganising is needed. Cheers
