super glue on the pockets that you won't use and cut off the zipper and then use cable ties to attach the end of zipper to handle or some other part of the suitcase. Or use tampertells is you have time to go buy them.
As I wrote further down the other day though, if someone wants to get into your suitcase all they have to do is stick a ballpoint pen inbetween the zip teeth and run it along, get in the case and then can zip back up, you will be none the wiser until you find something missing or something added.
