I'm not sure if the kids would be kept amused for that long (5 days)at Lovina.
My suggestions would be maybe go for a boat ride to view dolphins, walk along the black sanded beach and look for dolphins early in the morning. Go for a trek to singsing waterfall. And you could do some snorkelling there. Other than that I'm not sure.
The tourist facilities are on Jalan Binaria, but I have never been to Lovina for NYE so can't give you any info in regards to what the atmosphere may be like.
