A friend of mine loves the Gili Isles. Very laid back! And still offers restaurants and nightlife at Gili Trawangan with parties often being had there. I'm planning on a visit there (haven't been yet but it's on the list so perhaps sometime during the 6 weeks that I'll be at Bali this year, will do a report when I get back which will be mid year).
The Gazebo Hotel has Single or 2 storey cottages. The 2 storey have bedroom upstairs and bathroom/living area downstairs. Single storey cottages have 2 rooms with a dividing door in between.
Also there is Vila Amarik (boutique) and Hotel Vila Ombak (boutique)has huts and bungalows, but not 2 rooms.
