Like others have mentioned in past there is an abundance of activities to do in Bali now for such a cheap price. If you really wanted to go home exhausted it is possible as you could be out everyday doing some kind of activity.
Kids of any ages would not be disappointed or indeed bored in Bali!! My 8 yr old and 10 yr did the WWR, elephant riding, buggy rides, push bike ride/ village tour etc and it is all quite safe.
Another good one for teens (and adults) is the Bali treetop adventure, my crew loved it, the teens went as high as they could, the 8 yr old stayed low,but it caters to all levels of confidence. Just google their site and read about it, not to far and only really a half day outing and majestic scenery on way there.
The 8 yr old also did the flying fish thingy and bannana boat riding over at Nusa Dua which I never would have thought he would be game to attempt, but he said it was awsome. We took a boat ride over to turtle island and then did the water sports on the beach when the boat returned. Just ask around or get a driver to take you to a water sport place they all have connnections to one.
Feel freee to email me if you want any more ideas or advice. We took an 8 ,10 and 3 x 17yr olds in Jan this year.
cheers Deb
