I suppose its like anything in Bali, cheaper when you are there otherwise you are just giving extra money too a hotel or a booking company. We always travel on the Perama but in November the Aussie guy who runs the Scoot boat tried to poach us and offered 150,000rp and from what the locals tell me that is the going price.
