Was never in to Japanese food but last time over there, my wife talked me in to it, so the first one we tried was the Bluefin in Kuta. It was fantastic and prices were reasonable. Haven't tried any others yet, but we are going back at christmas and will go to Bluefin again and maybe try a few others.
