Hey there. What about the Rama Garden Hotel. Nice small hotel located on Padma Street. Very close to shops, beach and restaurants. Also The Losari Hotel is just around the corner in Garlic Lane.. Two great hotels that we love staying at.
Can't say anything on the two you mentioned as we haven't stayed there.
