On this forum a few years ago there was a thread for restaurant recommendations in Ubud and a Balivillas staff member proposed Lotus Cafe as being one of the best. Credibility of a local slipped hugely that night.
Not intending to offend the Balivillas staff but the Lotus is really not a place to go for good food given all of the great places in Ubud. View yes, food no.
