Use VERO - you can get it from any Bank of Queensland or Westpac, It has cost us $69 for 2 weeks for 2 and cheaper than coverall by $100...I have used it 5 times now 2 claims and they both had chq waiting when i got back from my trip (claimed via toll free number on holiday)
