billy's bar is in front of the Mandira,not the Padma,just at the bottom of the steps down to the beach at the beach entrance to the Mandira Hotel and S&S is,if looking towards the ocean,approx 50 to 80 metres to the left and under the trees.Both nice people and nice cold beers.
