If you have time to travel over to sanur there's a great fashion shop called Ibisa that is located on the main street at the northern end near the bonsai cafe. Worth the trip as there's a number of shops that are a step up from the beach casual of Kuta.
Ibisa also is sized for europeans= if your bigger than a size 8 you will have no problems. Last year they had some beautifully cut linen pants but alas their "small" was too big for me!
Their clothes aren't cheap by bali standards but are way cheaper than Oz for the styles/fabrics/cut etc.
