If you look at the top of this travel forum page you will find a link to BALI BARGAIN HOTEL FINDER.Click on tuban,kuta in hotel areas and you will see that there is a published rate of US$84.00 PLUS TAXES,per room per night.for two interconnecting rooms for ten nights you would be paying AUD$2400 APPROX.I deal with the hotel directly by e-mail,mentioning that rate advertised and they gladly accept my booking.my teenage sons love staying there ,surfing kuta reef and airport lefts,pay no more than rp30,000 for a local to take them out there by boat.then pay a bit more to go along and fish,watch the surfers or whatever.there may not be as many aussies stay there as the dynasty,but that can be a good thing.
