For this one it is much easier to hire the car and driver (approx $50 AUD per day) who also acts as somewhat of a tour guide. A bit of local knowledge can go a long way! A couple of places you may like to see is Munduk in the mountains, stay at one of the numerous 'home stay' places on the main street along with the pemuteran area with the local fisherman villiages and black sand beaches of the north!
