upmarket hotel, central to Kuta/Tuban. You will find the Garuda office in the lobby. It is very much a Westernised hotel. The rooms are lovely, I have not stayed there but have seen a number of rooms. Flash Expensive cars are usually parked at the front, the owners I believe of the hotel. The outdoor pool area is very different, completely surrounded by a high wall, you can only see up at the sky, no views. The pool is set on different levels, doesn't appear to have pool lounge hogs. Sorry can't help with anything else.
