have just heard back from our health fund (nsw teachers) and they advised that nothing has changed with their claims for overseas ancilliary benefits-just get receipt and script written in legible english and also proof of exchange rate when account paid and then send it on to them the same as if we had had service done in oz. yipee! worth the trip for me (although this is the least of my reasons for going back to bali!)
