Maybe you should contact the Hotel direct - I can't understand why you can't have the exec suite - we were offered it this time (only three of us and our son's 28). Perhaps its due to the shortage of family suites at the moment due to renovations. I'd personally try (as Cheryl suggested) booking yourself ie Zuji, Asian Rooms etc.
