get it before you go, then youv'e got it.
It is not expensive. I will get some before i go next time.
I think it works quite well but must take immediately before eating. On one occasion, I took it about half an hour after lunch and felt sick the next morning. I did eat some prepared fruit with my hands, that may have been the culprit.
Some say travelan plus aquium hand gel is a real good barrier against balybelly
