There's been considerable research done on it. I agree with you about the importance of hygiene. For what it's worth, I'm very careful about hygiene, use Aquim etc, ALWAYS get the belly. Went to India for a month, which I'm sure you'd agree is a far higher risk than Bali, used raspberry concentrate, not a single problem... just my experienc
