They are just before the entrance to Nusa Dua on both sides of the road.
You get all the same things there as you do at any other markets in Bali, only on a smaller scale.
Worth investigating if you are staying near by, but I wouldn't say worth it if you are staying in Kuta as you can get all the same things there.
