would stay again. Lots of info in the archives. The staff are very nice, the spa very good, best facial I've had was here. The pool is cool and clear, only has a ladder into the main pool but you can get in the kiddy pool and "flop" over the edge into the big pool. Food was good, not a huge selection for breakfast but adequate, eggs cooked how you like, cereal, toast, Indonesian dishes and a few other warm foods. Served buffet style in an open air restaurant. Lobby has a nice seating area and bar, good for meeting up with people. Grounds are kept nice. We stayed in one of the bungalows, basic, grey sheets (due to tattoo ink), clean towels each day, basic bathroom, shower, toilet and vanity basin, no cupboards, no floor mats, small mirror. We had 2 single beds, bedside cabinet between, small TV on a desk, wardrobe. Very small fridge full of mini bar stuff and a note saying you can't take stuff out without paying for it, we just managed to cram our stuff in anyway. Others have removed mini bar stuff and had no problems. NO in room safes and NO tea/coffee making facilities. Safety deposit boxes at the lobby. All good whilst we were there. Room service available.
On another trip we had a look at the family rooms, they are in the multistorey (3) block. NO lift. The rooms were quite big and had a sliding door between the parents and kids area. Sorry don't really remember much more about them.
