New shopping Places/billabong sale

Hi all
It's our 3rd and 5th year going to bali and we want to know if anyone has some good shopping suggestions. We have been to all the local places in Kuta, Legian like Mattahari, Bali Mall. We have also been to Caraphor, Ramayana, Sukawati, Kumbasari.
Just wondering if anyone can suggest some other places?
Also last year they had the best billabong sale EVER, does anyone know if that is going to be on again if so when?
