Ephedrine gives you the shakes, makes you feel rotten. If you already have Blood Pressure, it can blow a vessel in your brain. Now that would stop you eating. Xenical absorbs most of the fat & oil in the food that one eats. The manufacturers warn of a resulting problem of "leakage". What they mean (politely) is that unless you stick to a strict fat-free diet you will become incontinent (lose control) of your oily faeces (poo). Nice huh? Just what you would need on a Bali vacation.
