Personally I would not take the risk of taking diet pills bought in Bali, regardless of price and availability. Unless you have had yourself checked out by your GP, then to self-medicate yourself with diet pills would be extremely foolish. There are side effects to diet pills as there are with any medication - some of them are serious.
