Have just come back from Villa Kipas which is part of the Sekar Taman 11 group and it was absolutely fantastic. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and they treated us like royalty, with candle lit villa and rose petals on the special night. The two storey villa is amazing with great pool and totally private. The owners even give you complimentary 1 hour in villa massage for two. The location is 5 minute walk to the beach; you can hear the waves crashing at night from your king-sized canopy bed. The villa is located right next door to Sofitel on the KuDeTa side no construction noise this side. 5 minutes from the best eating in Seminyak (Ultimo, Rumours, and Mykonos) and the staff are first class. We contacted the owners direct and they did us a good deal (better than the published rate). We are looking at going back with our teenage children soon. Highly recommend.
