I have used ATM's frequently in Bali and Jakarta. The only fees that should appear on your account are the charge made by YOUR bank for using an overseas ATM (mine charges $5 per transaction), and a small currency conversion fee. The currency conversion fee depends on the amount you withdraw, but is usually only a couple of dollars at most.
