if you go to australia post you can order US$.there is no fee.
l do buisness in Bali and often take US$ over.post office rate is slightly lower(not much).my bank was going to charge me $54.00 fee
for exchanging aust $ into $3000.00 US$. get rateand fee from bank then get rate from postoffice and compare.Good luck
