To quote a very knowleagable friend 'first time to Bali, don't trust anyone that you can blindfold with a fishing line'.Don't jump in & do the 'you can't say that,have that attitude etc'.It's bloody true generally.Of course some people are lovely in Bali.The ones who deal on the street,beaches etc make excellent money on Bali standards & they are usually the ones that many people on this forum complain about but still pay.Turned out to be slime bags because they can go through the waiting process, because he has the homeground advantage & he doesn't care because he has other sideline interests that the good hearted foreigner
doesn't know of.Don't feel sorry,try & beat them at their own game.
