I would get a taxi at the airport. When you walk out the front door at the airport turn right and walk about 10 steps and on the right is the taxi office. The prices are displayed to each area and you pay at the window. You are then escorted to you taxi and taken straight to your hotel. For the cost to get to your hotel its not worth getting a driver.
