and when I do - hows this for a semi retirement plan - for a max of mmm 2 years - til the fumes get me and my house is over run by seagull poo and my umbrella has dissinnegrated with the sea spray - Im gonna be right in Glenelg so I can waddle to the real Butcher, Fruit and Veggie Lass and Woollies and hear the click of the trams. Semi retired of course whilst the POM is still hard at it installing ductwork.
