I have a book called Bali Handbook by Bill Dalton, published by Moon Publications. I got mine through Amazon Books online fairly cheaply. It is 2nd hand and in very good condition. I also have on order Bali Moon through Dymocks, but there is a back order of 2 to 3 weeks. Some people call these books their Bali bibles, I think? Cheers Cheryl
