I was there at about 6.45am, and struggled to get up to where the tables used to be from the beach, as the steps are virtually gone, and covered in algae.
There were a couple of people sitting around just looking at it.
No one spoke good enough english, nor me good enough bahasa indonesia to determine what plans are.
It didn't look like anything happening soon though.
