We have yet to take our grandchildren to Bali, but are looking forward to it. In 2005, they were with their parents and ourselves, and I must say it was both good and bad for them.One of them liked planes, one was scared. Obviously the Balinese love kids, but our boys, 2 and 4, found the constant touching and attention annoying. The heat was a little hard on them, tended to spend a fare bit of time in the room. Strollering is not easy, pathways are dodgy. As with all other tips, I would take plenty of snacks and toys that they are familier with. Needless to say, we all still had a wonderful time, lots of learning to swim etc, but as a holiday with us only, am going to wait a few more years. But I wish you good luck, and have a good trip.
