First you would have to have written permission by the parents. Next each child would i think have to have a passport.
Look at garudas policy on children (age at which they fly free ) and that will tell you the cost.
My best sugestion would be to contact Foriein affairs and make inquiries to make sure.And also the Indonesian consulate as well as garuda.
