persevere and try calling the melbourne office of Garuda - hard to get through but worth the wait.
BEWARE I booked with a certain online travel agent - large one - Perth based - had nothing but trouble and have actually made a complaint to consumer affairs. Trust me it takes a lot to make me complain. I dont think I can name them - but they should be called "worst flights"
