Hello again -
I am from the USA (don't hold that against me...hehe)
I want to get a PS2 for my daughter that will play games we get in Bali.
Do I need to buy it here in the USA and then bring it to Bali to get "chipped" or do the video games play normally?
I guess what I am asking for is someone to explain this to me...
