The first day or two can be overwhelming. So I wouldnt get over hiped as it can take some time to settle in. The traffic, the smells etc can really be hard first up. You ay have just meshed in perhaps they not on their first trip.
Just find some where quiet, go for a walk and see where they feel comfortable to have a drink or some food - without pressure. I know its hard when youll be so excited.
