Have used them. Got sick and went to BIMC. Bill $7000. All went directly to them( after paying the $100 excess ). Very efficient. They phoned almost every day to see I was getting the right treatment and followed up asking if I needed to claim for missed tours etc. Mondial handle the claims but actually underwritten by Alianz.
