I am no help really, as I have never seen or heard of any classes in Sanur. Maybe to email the major hotels, Griya/ Puri Santrian, Hyatt, Mecure, might be a chance. I wonder if Cafe Batu Jimbar might run classes? You may spot something once you get there. If not Ubuds not that far away, and there are tons up there.
