does not suprise me from jetstar call centre. Rang them to book at emergency flight for my mother to qld as my brother was passing away, phone operator advised "scheduled maintenance" taking place could not make booking, was dumfounded & silenced for a couple of seconds operator then hung up on me, rng back same operator, hung up on me again when I asked if he was the same person, rng back immediatley placed on hold & new operator thought my story was so amusing was laughing whilst I was complaining & refused to put me through to an operator. Not the kind of service you want come across when you are so upset with bad news. Moral of the story, Jetstar will never see any of my money again, regadless of how cheap they are. Cheap, yeah cheap I think the call centre operators they recruit are only their cause they cant get a job anywhere else.
