SYD - DPS with Jetstar. can't Complain about the flight, service and the toilets at the journeys end were the cleanest on any Bali flight that I have done. on these budget flights I don't expect anything much - I had dinner at the airport so all i really needed was a drink. I am not a movie watcher in the air and am happier reading and catching a couple of nanna naps. There was a mix up for getting the extras as I had booked Qantas and when they changed me to Jetstar they assurred me the extras for me were included. Didn't really matter on the way over but I wanted to make sure I had a blanket for the trip back- just a bloody blanket - didn't care about the food , video or pillow just the blanket. Tried to arrange with their call centre - could have arranged a heart transplant easier over the phone. Got one of my girls to call them from here but she too struck a brick wall- she said she spoke to 5 or 6 different people. Well there was no blanket on the midnight flight but the attendant gave me one - cost me $7 or $9. When I got home I rang Qantas and I was sent a $50 gift voucher to DJ's for the inconvience. Moral of my loooooong story - the call centre service was atrocious.
