Insist on a blood test - it is the only way to determine if it is Dengue fever. Not a Dr so cannot say it is but it sounds very similar to my experience of Dengue. Do a web search for Dengue -there are a few things you should look out for. The good news I fully recovered, as most people do. Good luck.
