You may rather mean freedom of speech, which is a completely different matter. But even that should not result in more or less racist remarks.
And, before you hit the ceiling, again this is a remark about the BTF as such, where the majority seems to be Australians not realising that people from all over the world read what is installed. Other nationals may get a strange view on Aussies if the comments here as to us is the Aussie view of foreigners and non-Balinese.
