going back in june and was wondering where you can buy the biokos skincare range from. also I read a message about a cook book/restaurant book you can buy. i think the proceeds go to charity and it is available from participating restaurants. does anyone know what it is called and a few places it can be purchased from as it sounded like a great gift idea. thanks in advance
