Our family of 5 stayed there overnight on route from Lombok to Perth in September. We were put into a 'Family Room' in what can only be described as the lowest level of the hotel. The room was a real disappointment. All the cupboards etc were mouldy - as was the bathroom and our second youngest son ended up with a sever asthma attack. Luckily it was only for the one night. We were determined to spend as litle time there as possible and so missed seeing any of the pools etc etc. I suppose it was rotten luck as the hotel was one that was recommended to us.
