Hmmm - have just read the garuda free baggage allowance blurb, and my understanding of it would be if you're travelling on a 'student' fare or you are an Indonesian citizen, then you would have the extra 10kg allowance. Just a thought though, become a Frequent Flyer and this seems to allow you at least another 10kg - that's a fair bit of shopping. Have a great time.
